Haiz...ATTACHMENT!!!
i prefer to have attachment, then holiday lo..."Xian Ku Hou Tian"
But mine is "Xian Tian Hou Ku"...but nevemind, hopefully i can really enjoy and learn a lots from this attachment!! GABETTE!!!=DD
This week started my 1st week of attachment...
Mon: Did nothing much, cause is 1st day..hehe=P But the staff nurses there are quite friendly and good...i like one of the senior staff nurse, cause she teach me alot...like got new things, she will ask me to see and teach me while she is doing...=) My clinical instructor is a lecturer, Ms Doreen...i never see her before in school...thought is new lecture...but my mentor told me, she was taught by her and she is very experience...
At first,i saw her...thought she is a very lenient, but after she given us the expectation that she want for our case study...haha,then know actually she is quite strict and have high expectation...i was stress lo...
What interesting is...why everytime lecturer come to spotcheck...i'm always the first one that see them...haha=DD
Tues: Work afternoon shift...so bored...nothing much to do...except taking urinals, cause i'm in males cubicle,taking care of male patients...but got one patient very friendly...he look like my grandfather lo...then whenever i smile at him,he will smile back de...also enjoy chatting with him...spent most of my time chatting with patients and preparing for case study...=)
Wed: Wed same as tues...but found out that Ms Doreen cannot take us anymore,cause she got family committment...don't know why i knew it,suddenly felt a sense of relief...like no longer so stress...even though still need to present my case study to other lecturer...maybe because no longer feel the pressure...but still need to do my best for the case study...Hope God will look after Ms Doreen and her family =)
Thur: Went to School of Health Science(SHS) at outram there...don't really know how to go...so i ask Charmaine whether she can bring me there...then she really so good...woke up so early and specially bring me there...a good friend indeed!! Thanks alot...see when must really treat you...=)
In shs, we were brief by Sister Tan, then she distributed us in group of 5 to different school...i was so excited when i heard that i was posted to WOODLANDS primary school!!! My PRIMARY school leh!! Went there with the other group...i'm the only one from my class...haha,got to know more about them during the journey there...=)
We have our lunch there, and guess what,i saw the venors who were in Woodlands Ring sec...they now move to my primary school to work...haha,they still remember me lo...
Then went to the school library, where they carry out the health screens,immunisation there...remember what we do in primary 1 and 6, the height and weight,eye check,doctor check and injection...Of course we cannot do any of it,except the height and weight...we go there to observe and help out...Saw some of the teachers,but they don't really recognise me...cause so long le...6 years!!
Fri: So near my house, so can sleep more....haha...ya,saw and chat with quite a few of the teachers that i knew...most of them now teaching primary 6...surprisingly that Mrs Ong still remember my name...she see my nurse tag,find my name quite familiar,but didn't ask...until i greet her and tell her...then she know...haha...
Ms Sharon, last time got see her in KK,so she still remember me...she told me that nurse is really a noble job...thank Ms Sharon for your good comment!!=D
Also saw Ms Neo,but think she cannot remember me so well...When i about to leave school,saw mdm maraini...my P6 form teacher...she is one of my favourite teacher...and she still remember me...but was quite shock that i'm studying nursing...
Anyway,going back there...remind me alot of my primary school memories...and now also starting to have come contact with few primary school friend...=)
Really miss PRIMARY and SECONDARY school moments!!!
